"I have been contemplating the charm of painting in this era. The historical functionality of painting has gradually been diminished by advancements in science and technology. What is the relevance of painting nowadays? I see humans as creatures of changeable nature, filled with fears and anxieties. Perhaps the charm of painting today lies in capturing the inherent flaws of the human species."

Entitled BARE, the presentation showcases a new series of paintings created between 2021 and 2023. Referencing Eastern and Western aesthetic traditions, while also drawing on the literary, musical, and intellectual worlds of both cultures, the works straddle the border between observation and imagination, exploring the depths of human consciousness and the boundaries of reality.
