This summer, Cherbourg-en-Cotentin is reviving one of Daniel Buren's historical pieces. Voile/Toile – Toile/Voile is a two-part work, consisting of a regatta (23/6) followed by an installation presenting the sails in the order of arrival of the boats.
Originally created in Berlin in 1975, the work has been presented several times, notably in Geneva and Tel Aviv.
